Are you are not capable of conceiving?

Ever since you and your spouse got married, you have had dreams of creating your own family and building a home. It has been years since you first tied the knot but up to now, you still have not been blessed with a little bundle of joy. Does this mean that you are not capable of conceiving? BELOW ARE SOME TIPS ON HOW TO BOOST YOUR FERTILITY.

Conceiving a child can be one of the most beautiful things that can ever happen in your life.

Trying to get pregnant on the other hand can make you and your partner crazy! Please read all the tips/videos and follow the links...there is help available...and with all that said...the #1 cure...you must try and RELAX.

Know when you are most fertile.

There are five ways you can do this effectively. First, check the calendar and monitor your menstrual cycle. Keep in mind that ovulation happens halfway through your menstrual cycle. Another would be to listen your body. Some women know they are ovulating when they feel cramps in the lower abdominal area or a twinge of pain. Aside from that, you can also keep track of your basal body temperature (BBT). Use a basal body thermometer to measure your temperature. Your BBT would rise dramatically when ovulation occurs.

It would also be a viable option to check for cervical changes. Check your cervix daily using one or two of your fingers to see if it has pulled back up or opened just a little. This means that you are ovulating. An increase in quantity and change in consistency of cervical mucus are also signs of ovulation. The fifth and easiest way to do this is with an ovulation predictor kit (OPK). This device is able to determine the day of your ovulation 12 to 24 hours in advance through the levels of luteinizing hormone.

Understanding Infertility

Try different sex positions

Although no scientific study can prove that sex position can affect conception, some couples feel that some positions can improve their chances. For women with tipped uterus, doing an intercourse from the behind of the female may mean better chances. Certain positions like missionary, which allows for deeper penetration may also be a good idea. Positions that have you standing, sitting, or the woman on top are not recommended.

Cut out processed foods

 Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet consisting of nutritious foods can improve a woman's fertility. For one, this maintains a correct weight. As you probably know, women who are underweight or overweight may have difficulty in conceiving. Aside from that, certain nutrients are known to boost reproductive health. For example, vitamin C and antioxidants improve sperm motility; zinc increase testosterone and semen levels; and calcium and vitamin D increase male fertility.

It would also be best to cut down on certain food and chemicals that can inhibit conception. Alcohol can reduce fertility level up to 50 percent. Not only does it decrease sperm count, it also increases production of abnormal sperm. It is also a smart move to limit intake of caffeine that can be found in coffee, tea, cola and chocolate, as this is known to reduce both male and female fertility levels.

Having a child can be a wonderful experience-

If you do the tips mentioned above just right, you might be able to conceive your own in no time. However, if this does not happen, it should not be a reason for you to become depressed. Some couples live happily even without a child while others find contentment in adoption. Any other way, remember that a child can be a source of happiness but it is not the only reason you can be happy.
